Welcome to Project Bhakti Connecting Youth with Hindu Heritage
Project Bhakti is a vibrant initiative led by enthusiastic youth volunteers collaborating with the Hindu Endowments Board. Established in 2001, Project Bhakti has been devoted to nurturing the spiritual growth of Hindu children in Singapore. Our English-medium classes cater to children and teens aged 5 to 16 years old, fostering a deep understanding of Hindu values traditions.
Why Learn With Project Bhakti?
Our Aim
Project Bhakti aims to share the rich Indian culture and ancient spiritual wisdom using the medium of stories, dramas, games, hands-on activities and discussions. Such activities help to inculcate values for right thinking and action in children, and inspire them to live up to those values with correct understanding.
Cultural Enrichment
Project Bhakti classes provide a platform for children to appreciate the richly diverse culture of Hinduism as well as the positive attitude that Hindus have towards other religions and cultures. Such understanding will help children to relate to their roots and expose young minds to all that is best in Hindu culture and values.
Engaging Youth Volunteers
Our passionate and knowledgeable youth volunteers serve as instructors, ensuring a strong connection and relatability with the students. This approach bridges the generation gap, making learning an engaging and enjoyable experience.
Building Future Leaders
We believe character development begins early. By providing the right atmosphere and values, we empower young minds to embody noble ideals, emotional intelligence, and physical discipline – essential qualities for future leaders.
" Join Project Bhakti to explore, learn, and grow in a vibrant educational environment that celebrates Hindu culture and values."
